Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsyakisoba noodles
  2. About 2 inches chopped green onion
  3. Any vegetables are fine, but mainly cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts
  4. as neededPork belly,
  5. as neededSesame oil and white sesame seeds,
  6. ★Sauce★
  7. 3 1/3 tablespoonswater (50cc)
  8. Slightly less than 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1-1.5 teaspoonsChinese seasoning (or Weipa)
  10. as neededGrated garlic,
  11. 1-2 teaspoonslemon juice
  12. Plenty of black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the yakisoba noodles in the bag for 2 minutes. Roughly chop the vegetables, and julienne the carrots.

  2. 2

    Mix the sauce ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the meat, vegetables from step 1, and green onions in sesame oil. Once softened, add the noodles and the sauce from step 2, and stir-fry well.

  4. 4

    Finish by drizzling sesame oil for flavor and sprinkling white sesame seeds.

  5. 5

    Enjoy on a hot plate with plenty!
