This is again a typical recipe of my mother in law. She makes these every year for kids to boost their immune system because Amla are rich in vitamin C and iron.

Steps
- 1
Wash Amlas & put them in a saucepan along with the enough water to dip in.
- 2
Cook them on the low flame until they are tender. Once they are done remove from stove. Strain the water and let them cool completely.
- 3
Take out the seeds from amlas & grate them.
- 4
Put grated amlas in a steel wok along with the sugar on the medium flame. Cook till 5-7 mins.
- 5
Now your mixture starts to thickens. At this point put Ghee in & cook for 2-3 minutes. Don't overcook the mixture. Check if it is sticking in between your fingers then switch off the flame. Let it cool a bit.
- 6
Pulse the almonds to get course almonds.
- 7
After 5 mins. Mix coarsely grounded almonds & Cinnamon pd. Mix well.
- 8
Now let it cool down completely. Grease your hands with the little Ghee & make small Ladoos.
