Bring water to boil.

Place eggs in, boil for 10 minutes.

Immediately drain, and fill pot with COLD water.

Let eggs sit in water a while, peel under running cold water.

Cut in halves, remove yolks, add to bowl.
- 6
Add mayo, and sweet relish to taste, mix.
- 7
Add mixture to piping bag (or zip lock bag)
- 8
Snip end of bag, pipe mixture it to egg whites.
- 9
Sprinkle tops with peprika.
