Ingredients

6 servings
  1. -Burger--------
  2. 1-1/2 poundground beef
  3. 1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  4. 1 teaspoonseasoned salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. chickpea mash-------
  7. 31 ouncescanned chickpea
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  10. 1/2 cupmilk, I used lactose free milk
  11. 1-1/2 tablespoonschopped parsley flakes
  12. 1 stickbutter
  13. gravy--------
  14. 1/2small onion
  15. 1/2 cupself-rising flour
  16. 15-1/2 ouncesbeef broth
  17. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  18. 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder 1/2 cup water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ground beef with salt, garlic, and paprika

  2. 2

    Form patties

  3. 3

    Add patties to a pan cover over medium heat

  4. 4

    After your patties are turned, about 10 minutes add onions.

  5. 5

    Cook till burgers are done, and remove

  6. 6

    To the drippings add flour, salt, and garlic. Stirring constantly scraping the particles off the bottom.

    Do this for 5 minutes then add broth and water. Let thicken and return the burgers back to gravy.

    Coat the tops cover set aside

  9. 9

    Drain the chickpeas. Add to a pan with 1/2 a stick of butter

  10. 10

    When the butter melts mash the chickpeas. Heat stirring constantly add Milk stirring constantly

  11. 11

    Form a crater add rest of butter and let it melt

  12. 12

    Stir in well adding parsley flakes

  13. 13

    Serve with Burger and gravy. I hope you enjoy!
