Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 3large eggs
  2. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonssugar
  4. 6 tablespoonswater (90 ml)
  5. 1 teaspoondashi powder
  6. 2 pinchessalt
