Ever since I learned this recipe, this is the only way I make tamagoyaki. It's fluffy and delicious! On August 7th, it became a trending recipe—thank you so much to everyone!

  • 3large eggs
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonssugar
  • 6 tablespoonswater (90 ml)
  • 1 teaspoondashi powder
  • 2 pinchessalt

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Cook the mixture as you would for a rolled omelet (tamagoyaki).

  3. 3
