Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 1/2 poundpan sausage
  • 1large head of green cabbage
  • 1/2 cuprice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cupdemerara sugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water in a deep pan add salt, vinegar, and sugar bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Chop the cabbage and add.

  3. 3

    Add the half pound of sausage and cover boil/steam till cabbage is tender. Stirring often.

    Let sit covered for 15 minutes stir and serve.
