Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 6-8 slicesthinly sliced pork (belly works too)
  2. 6-8 slicescheese
  3. 6-8shiso leaves
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. as neededPotato starch,

Steps

    Lightly season the thinly sliced pork with salt and pepper, and spread it out. Place a shiso leaf and a slice of cheese on top, then roll it up tightly.

  2. 2

    Lightly dust the rolls with potato starch, then cook in a heated pan until browned on the outside. Turn them over and cook through.
