Steps
- 1
Preparation
Crumple a piece of parchment paper and line the baking pan with it. - 2
Preparation
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Beat the eggs. Sift the all-purpose flour. Preheat the oven. - 3
Easy Method No.1
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. The batter is now ready. Skip to step 7. - 4
Method No.2 Manual Preparation
Mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and eggs thoroughly. - 5
Sift in the all-purpose flour and mix.
- 6
Add the heavy cream and mix.
- 7
Pour the batter into the pan. Strain the batter for a smoother cheesecake texture.
- 8
Baking
Preheat the oven to 450°F. After 20 minutes, when the top is browned, reduce the temperature to 400°F and bake for another 10 minutes. The cake will jiggle slightly when done. - 9
The browning is up to your preference, but since ovens vary, use 30 minutes as a guideline and adjust accordingly.
- 10
Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate thoroughly before cutting. It will be smooth and melt in your mouth, with a delicious toasted flavor.
- 11
If substituting granulated sugar with regular sugar, use 8 tablespoons.
- 12
Note
Bake at 430°F for 30 minutes. The browning will be lighter, but it's easy as you don't need to check it during baking. - 13
Note
Soften the cream cheese to a mayonnaise-like consistency for easier mixing. - 14
Note
After cutting, you can microwave for 10-20 seconds for a warm, melty texture. - 15
Cutting while freshly baked is not recommended as it's too soft.
