Vegan banana bread with caramel icing

Set oven to 180C.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix one by one in the order listed.

Pour batter into a greased bread form.

Bake for approximately 45 min.

Let cool for min 30 min before removing from form.

For the icing, mix all the ingredients together adding enough powdered sugar to get the right consistency. Chill in fridge until needed.
