Tuna and Corn Oatmeal Porridge
Oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which can lower total cholesterol in the blood and is very good for the body. It's also a great food for those looking to lose weight.
Tips:
★ You can use either water-packed or oil-packed canned tuna. Water-packed is lower in calories and healthier. Drain excess water or oil before mixing it into the ingredients.
★ After adding the tuna to the ingredients, do not stir too long or too many times to prevent the tuna from breaking apart.

Drain excess water from the canned tuna and corn. Trim the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and break them into small pieces by hand. Beat the eggs and chop the green onion. Set aside.
- 2
In a clay pot, bring the broth to a boil, then add the tuna, corn, and shimeji mushrooms. Cook until it boils again.
- 3
Add the oatmeal and simmer for 3-5 minutes until it reaches your desired thickness. Add a pinch of seasoning mix to taste.
- 4
Reduce to low heat, pour in the beaten eggs, and immediately turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onion to finish.
