Easy Ginger Pork with Pork Slices and Onion

Mix all the sauce ingredients (marked ●) together in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add enough vegetable oil or sesame oil to coat the bottom. Add the pork and cook, stirring, until the color changes.

Add the onion and mix well. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry over high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated and the pork and onions are well coated. Serve hot.
