In a bowl mix yeast sugar and milk whisk them. Let it settle for ten minutes

Whisk the eggs add to the mixture

In the mixture add half of the flour and knead as you slowly add the remaining flour until you get a nice dough. Let it rest while covered with a cling foil for 2 hours in a warm place.

The dough Will have raised. Roll out the dough and use a circular cutter or even a cup to shape and a bottle top for the inner circle. When all is done cover them for 30 minutes to one hour

Heat oil and fry them to golden brown. Voila they are ready to be eaten.
