Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 3/4 cupunsalted butter (melted)
  5. 1 cuppacked brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  7. 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  8. 1whole egg
  9. 1egg yolk
  10. 2 cupssemi sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Add butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla into a bowl and mix

    On a separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt and mix

  3. 3

    Combine the dry ingredients little by little into other mixture until a thick paste is formed

  4. 4

    Add the chocolate chips and mix

  5. 5

    Use a spoon or ice cream scooper for even sized cookies

  6. 6

    Place the cookie dough in a baking sheet with baking paper, make sure the cookies are at least 1.5 inches apart

  7. 7

    Bake on 350F for 7-10mins, take out when the cookies get light brown edges, take them out and let them cool

  8. 8

    If the mix is too much, roll the cookie dough in balls and place in the freezer until frozen then put them in a plastic bag, whenever you want to bake them, take them
    out of the freezer and keep out until the balls are in room temperature, then bake as usual

Bake 10 min or less
Perhaps lower temp to 300 for convection.
