I love overnight oats and enjoy experimenting with different variations. This time, I used seasonal peaches to create a cheesecake-flavored overnight oats. The fragrant Earl Grey enhances the peach flavor.

Steps

Grind the Earl Grey tea leaves finely using a mill or mortar and pestle, or chop finely with a knife.

Mix the cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until soft. Once softened, add the yogurt and mix well.

Add the oats and ground Earl Grey to the mixture in step 2. If the mixture is too dry, thin it with milk. Refrigerate overnight.

The next day, the oats will be soft and smooth. Top with peach, granola, etc., when eating.
