  • 4 cupsuncooked short-grain rice (about 720 grams)
  • 1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil (15 ml)
  • Seasoning A
  • 1/3 cupsoy sauce (80 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsmirin (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonmiso
  • 0.7 ouncedashi powder (20 grams)

Steps

    Rinse the rice and cook it with Seasoning A.
