Homemade Nachos Chips

Take all ingredients at one place. In a kadhai take water add salt and baking soda.

When water start boiling add makai flour and mix well. When it combined well turn off the flame.

Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.then transfer it into a mixing bowl. Add pepper powder,corn flour and pizza seasonings. Mix well and make a dough. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes to rest.

Take a plastic sheet apply little oil.take small amount of dough and roll it on the sheet in a thin roti. Then remove the edges and make a square sheet then cut this sheet into 1-2 inch strips and cut these strip into triangle shape.

Make all nachos chips. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these chips on medium flame until they turn light. golden and crisp transfer then in a plate. Fry all nachos chips in batches

Store in an airtight container. Enjoy these nachos chips with tea or with maxican Salasa and your favourite dips.
