Heat the 1/4 cup ghee and shallow fry kodo millet flour and grated boiled beetroots on low flame for 3 minutes. Then add the condensed milk and chopped almonds. Cook till the beetroot thicken.

Grease a pot with ghee and cardamom powder and pour the cooked beetroot. Allow to cool down and cut into pieces.

Place the burfi on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped pista and serve.
