You can make this dish with leftover ingredients. This soy sauce-flavored stir-fried udon is loved by people of all ages. If you're not sure what to make for lunch, give this a try!

About this recipe:
I've always made stir-fried udon with a soy sauce base. In the summer, I often make stir-fried udon instead of udon soup.
