I got inspired as it was very healthy to eat and controlled my appetite during urge#SD1
Steps

Firstly take oats and add it into the pan and roast it till the smell comes.

Then add walnuts, almonds and flax seeds and a small piece of cinnamon and nutmeg powder into the mixer jar and churn it till chorous in texture.

Then add oats and churn them only once as we do not have to make a powder.

Then take it into the bowl and add vanilla essence and honey and make a dough type of consistency.

Then take it out in a mould and keep it into the refrigerator.

Then cut it into small pieces and enjoy it.
