Buhat hi Maze ki banti hai ye pheeni bilkul bazar jesi.
Is mein ghee Maine 1kg likha hai.
GHEE ki koi quantity nahi hai. Kg is liye liya hai k apko is mein ghee ki bachat nahi karni😜😜😜
Matlab agar apne pheeni ka peda banane k liye ghee use karne mein kanjosi ki to pheeni ka lachha nahi bane ga aur end bass 1 Paratha hi ban k samne ae ga.
Ap isko pehly hi 12 pede bana k alag alag bana sakte hain, ese bass time Thora zayada lag jae ga. Aur koi prob nahi ae gi.

Take a pan add ghee and heat it up until melt properly.

Now transfer it into a bbig bowl and cool slightly until becomes at room temperature. Then freeze it.

In the meanwhile, for making dough, take a bowl, put plain flour (maida), salt and water

And make semi soft dough. And leave it for 1 hour.

After an hour, divide the dough in 4 equal part and make balls, then rest it for 15 minutes.

Now take out the ghee from freezer add plain flour and mix gently until creamy and change the color.

Take 1 dough ball, make hole in center and spread with the help of hand and make a rope. showing as in the picture.

Cover properly with ghee and fold and make peda. Leave it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, do the same process.

Do it for 4 times.

Now cut it and make small peda, 3 pedas from each.

Again leave it for 15 minutes.

Then spread gently and fry.
