Cut the cucumber into thin strips, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Rehydrate the dried wakame in water or hot water, then drain and chill.

In a bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups water (300 ml), the ramen soup base and spice packets, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, ground sesame seeds, and finely chopped shiso leaves. Mix well.

Bring 4 1/4 cups water (1000 ml, not included in ingredient list) to a boil in a pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 4 minutes.

Drain the cooked noodles in a colander, rinse well under cold water, and drain thoroughly.

Place the noodles on plates and top with cucumber, wakame, tofu, and cherry tomatoes. Pour the broth from step 3 over the top to finish.
