Boil turkey meat with onion, garlic, and ginger for 30-60 min (depends on potion)

Take out meat and tear into small pieces

Strain broth, add syoyu, squeezed lemon juice, salt and sesame oil

Chop baby onion

Boil rice noodle
- 6
Add noodle in soup
- 7
Add meat, basil leaf, baby onion and ground sesame

Black pepper, Sansho pepper, Chili powder, oil etc, optional if you like it more spicy
