10eggs
1/2 cup (100 ml)3x concentrated mentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base)
1/2 cup (100 ml)ready-to-use seasoned vinegar

Make hard-boiled eggs: Place the eggs in a pot of water and boil for 12–15 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.

Peel the boiled eggs and place them in a plastic bag with the mentsuyu and seasoned vinegar.

Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight.
