Preparing the milk:
Take 1 kg milk and add 7 tbs Shugar in it. Add 2 elaichi and leave it to boil. Once boil close turn off the flame.

Miali dough
Take 1 cup powder milk and 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tbs maida. Mix it well and then add 1 tbs ghee and mix it well again.
Take an egg and beat it. Then gradually add it to the mixture above little by little untill it forms a dough. In case of a big egg, it's okay if some egg remains
Make sure the dough is smooth and not granular. Create small raas Milai form it. Don't flatten it too much and add a small bump on top. This helps avoid it to harden - 3
- Cooking the tough:
Turn on the flame of the milk and add the milk doughs in it and close the lid. Don't open the lid for 2 minutes! When the lid starts to move and milk starts to pour out, lower the flame and slightly open the lid.
Check after 5 mins the dough have swoalen. Let it cook an low flame from 5 more mins.
Turn off the stove. After few min, move the milk of the raas Milai a little when a layer start to form above but DONT mix it
Or raasm Milai will break.
Leave it to rest.
