Take Kaju and tomato into a blender and make it into a thick paste.

Clean and cut bindhi into medium sized pieces. Take a kadai and put some oil in it and heat it on medium flame. Add bindhi pieces and cook them till they are tender and it doesn't taste raw.

Take another kadai and add some oil. Heat it on medium flame and add ajwain, ginger garlic paste, diced onions, slit green chillies. Let is turn transparent which takes 4-5 min on medium flames.

Add Red chilli powder, Salt, Garam masala, add tomato and kaju paste,mix well and let it cook till oil ooze out of it.

Add some water based on consistency you like. Add cooked bindi into gravy. Let it cook for 3-4 min. And switch off flames and garnish with corriondor leafs and kaju. Enjoy with pulka or plain parata.
