Ingredients

  • 2jalapeños (seeded for less heat, if desired)
  • 1 Clovegarlic
  • 1/2medium white onion
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 2Scallions
  • 2 tbsp.fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1Avocado
  • 1/2 c.Fresh cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine the jalapeños, garlic, onion, half teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

  2. 2

    Add beans, scallions, lime juice, and oil.

  3. 3

    Toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Fold in the Avocado and cilantro.
