Stir fry gobhi aloo
Steps

Boil gobhi florets upto 90 %, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes onion & green chilli, saute it until light brown.

Add in gobhi, aloo, stir fry it for a minute. In goes ginger garlic, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add salt (adjustable), mix it well, sprinkle very lil water, cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli flakes, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaf...
