Akki Roti
I pair carrot and rice flour to make this recipe.
Steps

Collect all ingredients together and bind it with some water. Give rest for 5 minutes. Divide into equal portions. Take wet cloth and spread it with fingers.

Make few holes in the roti. Roast it on the tawa. Add oil as needed. Roast it on both sides. Serve hot with pickle or coconut chutney.

Tip - you can add onion too if you like. As I was preparing this akki roti for breakfast, I avoided onion. Enjoy.
