For green chutney - grind all ingredients with enough water to smooth paste.

For potatoes mixture - In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds. When mustard seed splutter add cumin seeds,pinch of asfoetida, finely chopped green chillies ginger curry leaves and finely chopped onions. Fry onions till brown and all powdered masala, salt to taste, add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients very well.

Apply butter on bread and spread green chutney.Place pieces of cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes, spread potato mixture and spread tomato ketchup on slice of bread. Place the slice of bread on another bread.

Heat toaster and toast the slice bread till golden brown.

Serve Hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
