Ingredients

2-4 people
  1. 1 lbschicken thigh
  2. 2 Tbspsugar
  3. 2 Tbspsyoyu
  4. 2 Tbspmirin
  5. 2 Tbspsake
  6. Sesame oil or olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken thigh into small pieces

    In a jar, mix sugar, shoyu, mirin and sake

    Heat frying pan, add sesame oil and sauté until almost cooked

    Add sauce and keep heating for 2-3 minutes till sauce becomes soupy, shiny

I was so surprised by how flavorful this dish is. When I took my first bite, it was like I could taste the crisp Autumn breeze. I will be making this again!!
