Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 15-20papads, cut into rounds (roasted in the oven)
  • 1/2 cuproasted peanuts (roasted in the oven) (about 70 grams)
  • 1/2 cuproasted corn kernels (roasted in the oven) (about 80 grams)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion (about 40 grams)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped tomato (about 40 grams)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped raw mango (about 35 grams)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped cucumber (about 35 grams)
  • 1chopped green chili
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
  • as neededChopped cilantro,
  • 1 cupfine sev (about 50 grams)

    First, place the peanuts and corn in a bowl and roast them in the oven at 350°F (180°C).

    Next, cut the papads into rounds, place them in a bowl, and roast them in the oven at 350°F (180°C).

    Remove the skins from the peanuts. Lightly crush the corn. Finely chop all the vegetables and place them on a plate.

    Add the peanuts and corn to the vegetables and mix well. Then add salt and all the spices and mix again.

    Add lemon juice and chopped cilantro, and mix. Your raw mango salsa is ready.

    Arrange the roasted papads on a plate. Top each with the prepared raw mango salsa chaat.

    Sprinkle fine sev and chopped cilantro on top, and serve.
