Chop pineapple into small pieces.
In a bowl add onion, cucumber, capsicum, tomato.

Add Chipotle sauce, schezwan sauce, Maggi masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves. Toss well. Add lemon juice.

Serve with ragi papdi. So it's good combination to eat as starter or salad.
