This is very tasty recipe of arbi or in telugu we call it as chama dompa .I made this recipe in suggestion of one of my close friend . I liked it very much ,so sharing with you all.

This is very tasty recipe of arbi or in telugu we call it as chama dompa .I made this recipe in suggestion of one of my close friend . I liked it very much ,so sharing with you all.

Clean arbi and then boil it.Remove the skin and keep it aside.

Take a bowl. Add all 1 tsp of dry masalas and add lemon juice and curd and mix well. Then put the boiled arbi into this masala and mix nicely. Allow them to marinate for 3 hours

Take sooji in a plate and add all 1 tsp of all dry masala to it and keep it aside.

Cut the arbi into half and coat them with sooji masala nicely,press it and keep it fridge for 2-3 hours.

Heat tawa and put oil enough for shallow fry,put the arbi on tawa and fry on slow flame till both side get roasted.

Serve hot with rice or roti or we can eat it like patties.
