  • सेंधा नमक स्वादानुसार

    आलू को पतले चिप्स में काट लें और अच्छे से धो लें

  2. 2

    अब कटे धुले आलू को एक बड़े बाउल में डालें और पानी डालकर 2 घंटे रख दें

  3. 3

    2 घंटे बाद पानी में से आलू निकाल कर सूती कपड़े में फैला दें ताकि आलू में अतिरिक्त पानी ना रहे

  4. 4

    पैन में ऑयल तेज गरम करें और आलू के चिप्स तुरंत फ्राई कर लें और प्लेट में निकाल लें

  5. 5

    अब चिप्स में नमक छिड़क लें
