Pour Veg Oil in a frying pan, once its hot add onion and sautee for a minute then add tomatoes,pepper and chicken

Fry for about 4mins and then add salt and boullion, stir properly and immediately pour eggs in 2 batch

Stir continously till omelette is cook through
- 4
Serve and Enjoy with a glass of cold water as that's exactly what I did this afternoon.
