In a medium sized bowl peel and grate yam with the smaller holes in your box grater

Break the eggs and whisk well

Add chopped onion,crayfish, pepper,salt and knorr cube and mix together properly

Place a pan on low heat and add little oil
- 5
Scoop using a spoon and fry until all sides turn golden brown
- 6
Turn it over so that the other side cooks too.continue scooping and frying until the bowl is empty
- 7
Serve with pap,custard or tea,depending on your choice.Enjoy
