  2. 4 tspoil
  3. 1 cuphung curd
  4. 1 tspgarlic red chutney
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspjeera coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsphing
  11. 1 tspjeera
  12. 1chopped green chilli
  13. 1 tspginger chilli paste
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 tspchopped coriander
  17. For Sev Tameta Nu Shak
  18. 4 tspoil
  19. 2chopped tomatoes
  20. 1/4 cupmedium thick sev
  21. 1 tspred garlic chutney
  22. 1/2 tsphing
  23. 1/2 tspjeera
  24. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  25. 1 tspginger chilli paste
  26. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  27. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  28. 1/2 tspjeera coriander powder
  29. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  30. Salt to taste
  31. Water as required
  32. 1 tspchopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    For Sev Tameta Nu Shak...
    Take a kadai, add oil, jeera,rai, hing, green chilli,garlic chutney, and tomatoes. Cook it till turns in gravy and oil leaves kadai. Add some chopped tomatoes and all masalas. Add water as required. Add chopped coriander, and mix well. Add thick sev, combine well. Serve hot.

    For Dahi Tikhari...
    Take a kadai, add oil, jeera, chopped green chillies. Add chopped onions, saute well till turns into pinkish colour. Now add ginger chilli paste, garlic red chutney, and all masalas. Cook till oil releases. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook well to gravy. Now switch off the gas. Add hung curd, mix well. Add chopped coriander. Ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy.

    Make tuver dal, chatpati, sweet and sour in taste. Steam ghee rice. Make fulka rotlis drizzle ghee on it.

    Serve with side dishes of raita gajar pickle, roasted papad, fried green chillies, lemon, and jeera masala chaas.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
