Ingredients

20 minutes
15-20 servings
  • 300 gramswheat flour
  • 150 gramsragi flour
  • 250 gramspowder sugar
  • 300 gramsClarified butter as required maybe
  • Cardamom powder, nutmeg powder
  • 75 gramscashew nuts
  • 25 gramsEdible gum

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast wheat flour upto 7-8 minutes in slow flame.Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Dry roast ragi flour upto 6 minutes and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Fry edible gum and keep aside.Fry cashew nuts.
    Coarsely grind both.

  4. 4

    In a big pan heat ghee and roast both flours.Cool.Add powder sugar, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.Gum and cashew nuts.

  5. 5

    Mix well and rub by hands.Make ladoos.This ingredients makes 30 medium size nutritious ladoos.
