Steps

Dry roast wheat flour upto 7-8 minutes in slow flame.Keep aside.

Dry roast ragi flour upto 6 minutes and keep aside.

Fry edible gum and keep aside.Fry cashew nuts.
Coarsely grind both. - 4
In a big pan heat ghee and roast both flours.Cool.Add powder sugar, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.Gum and cashew nuts.

Mix well and rub by hands.Make ladoos.This ingredients makes 30 medium size nutritious ladoos.
