Steps

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry onion till translucent.

Add in chicken,tomatoes,ginger garlic,green chillies,yoghurt and all the spices.

Cook covered till chicken is tender,moisture evaporates and masala thickens.

Layer chicken and rice together.

Throw in coriander,fried onion,colour and saffron.

Cook covered on dum for 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
