Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Add in salt and pepper and mix it well.

Mix together salt,lemon,cumin and aamchoor in a bowl.

Slit chillies from centre.

Stuff aamchoor mixture in chillies.

Cover chillies with potatoes.

Dip in egg.

Roll in crumbs.

Refrigerate chillies for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok.

Deep fry chillies till light golden.

Serve with ketchup.
