Wash and soak bhagar Rice for 15 mnts.

Heat oil in pan add chopped carrots and shimla mirch cook for one mnt on high flame.

Add soaked bhagar Rice. slow the flame add salt and chopped green chillies mix.

Add water and cook till rice done.

Remove from fire. Spread in a plate let it cool.

Add mashed boiled potatoes,dry mango powder, sabudana powder and chopped coriander leaves.mix

Take small portion on hand flatten in round shape make hole in middle keep aside.

Heat oil in pan and shallow fry them till golden colour at medium heat.

Serve hot.
