  2. 8thin sliced pork
  3. 1 toil
  4. 1.5 TSoy sauce
  5. 1.5 TMirin-sake (sweet sake)
  6. 1/2 tsugar

    Cut the rocket into pieces about 4cm long.

    Roll up lots of rocket with meat.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat rolls.

    Once browned on both sides, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and mix well.
