Steps

Take garlic, crush it well. Add red chilli powder. Mix it well. Do not use water or oil to mix.

Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard and asafoetida. Add onion and spring onion. Saute for some time. Meanwhile add coriander powder and turmeric in curd and mix it well.

Add freshly grounded garlic chutney and continue to saute for some time. Add curd. Mix it well and fast. Add salt and coriander leaves

Serve hot with Bajra Rotla. Enjoy.
