Steps

Clean wash and soak mix lentils - White lentils; green gram; Bengal gram split, yellow lentils, and red lentils all mix together and soak in water for 4-5 hours covered with lid.Soak Fenugreek seeds in another bowl

After 4 hours soak oats in another bowl for 15 min
Get ready with chopped green chilli and ginger - 3
In a mixer grinder add all soaked lentils drain out from water add soaked oats ginger green chilli add soaked Fenugreek seeds add some water and grind it in smooth dosa batter
This batter has no need for fermentation
Now add salt cumin seeds and turmeric powder mix all well together - 4
Heat up tawa spread oil sprinkle some water wipes with tissue paper spread some batter spread in circulation drizzle some oil
on medium heat let it cook until crisp - 5
Remove from tawa transfer to serving plate serve hot with any chutney samber or sauce
