Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupsfresh broccoli chopped
  2. 1 cupfresh blueberries
  3. 1/4 cupchopped red or sweet onion
  4. 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  5. 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  6. 1large apple chopped
  7. Dressing
  8. 1 cupplain Greek yogurt
  9. 1/4 cuphoney
  10. 1 tblslemon juice
  11. 2 tspapple cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toss all ingredients in a large bowl

  2. 2

    Prepare dressing and combine well with all ingredients in the bowl

  3. 3

    Refrigerate and eat within 2 days
