Heat the oil in Pan, add mustard seeds, urad Dal (black gram lentils, split and skinned), fennel seeds.

When Mustard seeds split, add fennel seeds, chopped green Chilli, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and Sauté for some minutes.

Now add Onions. Cook till it turns slightly brown.

Then add tomatoes...Sauté it till it become mushy and Add Pinch of Salt.

Mash the tomatoes slightly

Finally add Grated Coconut...Cook it till raw smell goes away.
