Soak safed matar whole night

Take a cooker add Soaked safed matar salt, turmeric, 3cups water and cook 4-5 whistle, on low medium flame,let cool the cooker and open

Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black salt,,,green chutney, tamrind paste mix well

When serve,garnish with onion, green chilli, green coriander leaves, namkeen,nimburas
You can serve either aloo tikki or Kulcha - 5
