Snacking Peppers or colourful little beauties are an awesome treat on any day. These are a perfect culinary delight in terms of taste and texture. These are small Bell Peppers that can be eaten raw. These can be roasted, stir fried or added to Salads. These are generally available in different colours ranging from Red, Yellow, Orange etc. These are a good source of Fiber and Protein. Also very high in Vitamin C. These are rich in Vitamins like A, E, K, Folate and Potassium.
Basically these are the miniature version of Bell Peppers. Not only does they taste delicious, these are a visual delight. They are a perfect snack sized Vegetables. They are sweet exactly like Bell Peppers but are with a fewer seeds.
These are great for munching on the move and also as a dipping in Hummus. This beautiful looking Salad can vouch for that.

These little peppers are absolutely easy to handle. Cut each length wise from the centre. Remove any few seeds if at all there. Cut into julienne or thin strips. Also wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them into two halves.

Also slice onions thinly like that of birista or biryani onions. It's a must for this salad. It tastes yum and the texture goes perfectly well with the colourful little snacking peppers.

Now add all the vegetables to a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients mentioned. Mix well. Adjust salt as needed.

Serve it right away. It's a perfect one for any day. If there is time to serve it. Don't add onions. Add them only when ready to serve. Enjoy!
