Make butter milk by adding 2 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice in 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes then use. In a bowl add butter milk, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well till sugar dissolve.

Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with cut and fold.

Pour the batter in cup cakes mould. In a preheated oven bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180⁰.

Dip each cupcake in chocolate ganache. And sprinkle the sprinkler. Keep in fridge and then serve.
