Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 grmsspaghetti
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1/2 cupmix chopped bell papers - (yellow, red, green capsicum)
  • 1/4 cuptomato puree
  • 2 tspginger chilli paste
  • 2 tspschezwan chutney
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • Salt to taste
  • as neededWater
  • 1ts spring onions leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, add water, oil, and salt, and keep on gas stove to boil. When boiling starts, add spaghetti cut in halves.

    Cook for 5 minutes or until cooked properly. Strain in strainer and discard all water.

    Take a pan, keep on a medium high flame. Add oil, chopped onion, and saute it. Add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir constantly. Do not overcook.

    Add salt, tomato puree, schezwan chutney, ginger chilli paste, and black pepper powder. Mix well.

    Now add boiled spaghetti. Mix well. Street style Vegetable spaghetti is ready to serve.

    Sprinkle some spring onions leaves. Serve hot, eat hot.. Enjoy...

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
